2. What is your privacy policy?

The information that you provide to KAS Design, Inc. and any of our affiliated websites is not made available to any outside organizations or groups.  The sole purpose of the information we request is to provide you with the fastest possible delivery for your order.  Orders placed on-line are encrypted via SSL technology.


3. What is your guarantee?
KAS Design, Inc. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our merchandise from any of our websites.  If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full credit, refund* or exchange**.
*Credit/refund for merchandise only.  Does not include original or return shipping charges.** Applies to domestic US purchases only.


4. How do I place an order through the mail?
Please call us at toll free 1-888-264-1766.  We will then provide you with your invoice# and total.  You may then send your check or money order to us at 930 Croton Road, Suite B, Celebration, FL 34747.  Your order will then be processed upon receipt of your payment.


5. How much is shipping & handling?
Unless otherwise requested, all domestic U.S. shipments are sent via UPS ground.  This usually means 3-5 business days delivery time.  All orders generally take 2-3 weeks to process your order in addition to the previously mentioned delivery time.  We will make every effort to expedite your order quickly.  However, should the item you request be temporarily out of stock, please allow up to up to 4 weeks for delivery.  

Continental U.S. Rates:
Shipping rates on each of our sites vary due to the size and nature of the products.  Please consult each website for specific shipping rates.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments:
Please note that all shipment to Hawaii and Alaska are required by UPS to ship via 2-day air and all orders to these states will be adjusted accordingly. 

International Shipments:
All International Shipments (excluding Canada) are shipped Via UPS Global.  We will email you a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.

Canadian Orders:
All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface.  Surface rates to Canada are the same as standard rates in the continental U.S.  However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery.  KAS Design is not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges. 

Shipping Exceptions:
The rates quoted are based on estimates applied to our merchandise.  However, some products may require additional handling or special
delivery to ship.  As a result, shipping charges may vary from those quoted.  In the event those rates change, we will contact you first with an approval prior to shipping.


6. How do I return an item?
KAS Design
, Inc. offers a full guarantee on all of our merchandise.  If you receive an item you are unhappy with for any reason, we will be happy to do one of the following:

1. Replace the item.
2. Exchange item for any another item of equal value.**
3. Issue a refund for the returned item(s).*

Please return the items via parcel post or any other preferred method to - KAS Design, Inc., Returns Dept., 930Croton Road, Suite B, Celebration, FL 34747.  All returns must be sent postage paid.   C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.

If your items are damaged in transit - All of our domestic shipments are sent fully insured via UPS.  All international shipments are sent fully insured via parcel post.  If damage should occur in transit, please notify KAS Design at toll free 1-888-264-1766 or 321-218-9234 outside the U.S.   Please keep all original packaging.  We will have the damaged item(s) picked and replacement shipment sent to you.

7. Do you wholesale?
KAS Design, Inc and our site PubSignShop.com are strictly retail only.  We do not offer wholesale rates on any of our products. However, we are happy to provide you with volume discounts on quantity purchases.  Please contact CustomerService@KASDesignOnline.com with any questions.

9. What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  If you prefer, you may mail your order with to us along with a personal, business, or cashiers check (payable in U.S. Dollars to KAS Design, Inc.).  Credit Card purchases are required for express delivery.  Sorry, but we cannot accept cash or ship C.O.D. 


10. How do I place an International Order?
Due to the high number of fraudulent charges and lost shipments we are no longer ship international orders via parcel post.  All International shipments are shipped via UPS Global.  We will email international customers a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.  All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface.  Surface rates to Canada are the same as standard rates in the continental U.S.  However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery.  KAS Design, Inc. is not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges.
